Nestled amidst the peaceful mountain landscape, our lovingly run guesthouse awaits you – a place to arrive, take a deep breath and relax.
The DACHSTEINHOF offers 3 apartments and 7 guest rooms, accommodating a total of 30 guests.
Outside, there is a ski storage room with boot warmers, whilst sheltered balconies, terraces and benches adorn the house on all sides.
A meadow of approximately 800 m² to the south of the house forms part of the estate. There is a small children’s playground with two nest swings, as well as a table tennis table and a trampoline.
For our breakfast, we focus on class instead of mass. We prefer a manageable amount of healthy and natural foods.
Our rich buffet is characterized by our self-made, fresh specialities:
Bread, spread, fruit salad, fresh vegetables, fruit yoghurt, Bircher Muesli
For guests in our apartments, we offer our fresh and bread roll service for an additional charge.
We will inform you about currently available dishes upon arrival – but one thing we already know is that it will be fresh, self-made and at a fair price.
We are happy to put together a customized offer for groups of 15 people or more. (Breakfast, packed lunch, dinner).
Fresh glacier water is available to our guests free of charge in our billiard room. Coffee, tea, snacks or drinks are also available for self-service.
The Höchsmann Company uses the guest house in the off-peak season for “business-as-unusual”, an unusual approach to office work in a group. Staff don’t just take part in job training at the Dachsteinhof, they also practise team-building together in the mountains. The training consists of office efficiency and machine technology.
The basement of our guesthouse features a Finnish sauna which offers space for approximately 6 people and a relaxation room. It is accessible via an external staircase.
